Bitcoin Exchange Upbit Announces That It Will List Two New Altcoins on Its Platform!

Starting March 27, 2024, cryptocurrency exchange Upbit added new digital assets to cement its reputation as the global standard digital asset exchange.

Upbit Diversifies into Digital Assets with Addition of MNT and POKT

New additions include MNT and POKT. While MNT can be used to trade KRW, BTC and USDT pairs, POKT can be used to trade BTC and USDT pairs.

Users will be able to deposit MNT and POKT immediately. However, MNT only supports deposits from the Ethereum network.

To ensure safe transactions, Upbit places restrictions on some orders when new digital assets are added. For example, buy orders are restricted for approximately 5 minutes immediately after a new digital asset is added, and market and reserve orders are also restricted for the first hour.

Currently, MNT is priced at $1.15 and POKT is priced at $0.34.
