Burger King has reportedly added Instpower power bank rental devices. This facilitates the food chain’s acceptance of crypto payments, although not directly for food. Instpower uses Alchemy Pay and Binance Pay as payment processors.

Alchemy Pay is a crypto payment solution that allows businesses to accept payments in various altcoins, including bitcoin, ethereum, and binance coin. Binance Pay, on the other hand, is a mobile payment option from the major crypto exchange Binance.

Burger King is adapting to the times and demonstrating that it is eager to meet the demands and desires of its customers by allowing crypto payments for power bank use in its locations.

Is France becoming a crypto hub?

Despite the market collapse that persisted throughout last year, crypto companies kept making their way to France. The nation’s crypto-friendly rules attracted exchanges to open shop.

A number of exchanges, including Binance, Crypto.com, and others, have obtained permits to operate in the area. In February 2023, Binance and Ingenico worked to provide payment services at La Carlie, a bar, and Miss Opéra, a clothes store.

It will be fascinating to watch whether more businesses in Paris and elsewhere will decide to adopt the same strategy and begin taking crypto payments. There will likely be an increase in the number of companies accepting crypto as payment as more and more people use it.
